This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were in the market to replace a vehicle that had been totaled. We were a first time genesis buyer. They took the time to answer all are questions about the different features and options available. The negation process took 5 to 10 minutes. They were not pushy when we wanted to take a day or two to think about it. From that point on it was seamless. The application was done online, we had an appointment for paperwork and we were done in less than an hour. Makenzie was our salesperson and she was amazing. IC was the financial person and he was so informative. Jack Stephens the general manager even reached out and took us on one of the test drives. We will be repeat Genesis customers.
