Excellent experience right from the beginning. Matt Mueller did an excellent job of explaining the different GV80's Jim the manager talked two me twice to see if I had any other questions. Drove home with a new Genesis. Matt spent a lot of time going through in's and out's and told me to call anytime for any assistance, also got a follow up call the next day.just to touch base.

great ownership experience of a gv70. Our first year has been virtually trouble free, and the car's interior is gorgeous. It's a real pleasure to drive. Genesis of Waukesha has been great to work with throughout. We live 20 or so miles from the dealership, and getting to use the included concierge service for service appointments has been a real pleasure. Basically an employee comes to the house on a scheduled day, drops off a nice loaner, and brings it back clean several hours later. It truly is top notch customer service.
