Ernesto was knowledgeable, professional and a top notch sales person along with all the staff . He was able to answer my questions and take care of me. There was one situation. I did not need the home charger after all and they made it right for me and refunded me the money immediately for the charging unit. After talking to Sherri at Optimum Energy Company, I did not need the complete home charging unit. She went above and beyond and made things right. I would highly recommend her for being one of the best customer service persons in the EV car home installation industry. She deserves a raise! We test drove a green ‘24 Electric Genesis GV70 with no hassle, came back 2 weeks later to lease it and it was sold.
