Wonderful buying experience for our new GV80. Daniel Rogers is a true asset to the car sales profession. He did not push us away from what we wanted, listened to our needs, let us do whatever we wanted with the car, and supported our offer to the sales manager. No pressure to 'buy right now'. He let us go on our way and think about the purchase without constant texts and calls. He also knew his product inside and out, a rare thing these days. The dealership is quite good. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a nice price on our GV80. No inflated market adjustments or pushy add ons. They have a good selection in stock, another rare item these days. Good follow up on the purchase to make sure everything was as expected. Full purchase inspection and detailing before we took delivery. Overall we couldn't be happier.
After 3 years with my G70 it was time to trade and upgrade to a GV80. Once again, Victor Vargas was my go-to guy and once again he delivered excellence. With the automotive market as it is right now, it is admirable that Bentley Genesis of Huntsville does not take advantage of their customers with highly inflated pricing. Also, a shout out to Kalib for the efficient manner documentation was handled. Victor Vargas is an excellent salesperson for the Genesis brand. Besides being personable and friendly, he knows the vehicles and takes the time to go over all features. Victor Callahan was a pleasure to deal with to finalize the contract. Overall, dealing with Bentley Genesis was a great customer experience and made the 100 mile trek to get a new car worthwhile.
Everything about Bentley Automotive is outstanding. 3rd car purchased and have always been treated like a good friend. Professional personnel thru-out the entire business. Service Manager, Cary Floyd, and his staff are the best, period. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
