I've had nothing but great service here. But for genesis owners, they absolutely HAVE to be better at having available loaners for lengthy service appointments. Genesis is a premium brand. At this point, dealers should be treating it as such. It's the one thing they have to do in order to keep a loyal customer base. It took me 2 months of waiting for an appt for an oil change and recall service for my GV70 because they didn't have a loaner available.
