I conducted extensive research, made comparisons, and read reviews before I made my purchase. As soon as I was ready, I set up an appointment with the dealer. Genesis of Milford exceeded my expectations. First, the dealership's office was exquisitely stylish, aesthetically pleasing, and well organized. Such excellence with class blew me away. I knew I was ready for an exciting experience. I met with my sales consultant, Tricia who welcomed me with a warm reception and made me feel very comfortable. She is an exceptional person. She gave me options, varieties, and answered all of my questions and inquiries. I got the exact features and colors I wanted in my dream car. It was a straightforward and enjoyable purchase process.
