I had the best experience buying a car from Genesis of Charlotte!! I was lucky to be the first customer at their beautiful new dealership. Seriously, the dealership looks like the lobby of an upscale Vegas hotel. As a long time Lexus loyalist, I didn’t know what to expect from Genesis but I was definitely impressed! From the start, our salesman Marcio was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and low pressure. Marcio and the manager, Jeramie, worked so hard to earn my business and structure a deal that fit our budget. The financing process was seamless thanks to Ace…he made financing pleasant and that’s hard to do!! Overall I can’t recommend the customer service and quality of Genesis of Charlotte enough!
