2026 Genesis GV80 Coupe 3.5T E-SC AWD

Edited to add: I love my car. It’s been a year and it’s a great road trip car. So comfortable and smooth. I’m pretty sure I’m a customer for life. Let me preface this by saying I hate car shopping. I'm not a car person. I thought the experience here was actually pretty good. I ended up with a car I love and they gave me more for my trade in than I expected. The follow up customer service was pretty good. My only advice to them is maybe beef up your coffee/beverage customer station. It's a small thing you can do to elevate the customer experience.

First off, love my GV80! From the moment I got on the lot Don was very helpful and friendly without being PUSHY! I hate when I go look at a car and the salesman pushes you to hurry up and buy before it’s gone! Don was very informative and knowledgeable about the car. Once I decided to buy the car the whole team made the experience quick and easy. Will definitely recommend Genesis of Chattanooga!

Jamie went above and beyond with us on our purchase of our new Genesis GV80. She was very knowledgeable and found out any answers that she didn't know. It was an overall great experience. Highly recommend her.
