3/25/24: This is my second review in a couple of months for the Genesis of Scottsdale Sales dealership. It’s not a mistake because this time I was the one to buy a car from them. My GV80 Signature Prestige is an absolutely beautiful luxury SUV. I love driving it and it has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I have not fully learned all the things it can do for me but in time I will. Jonathan was our sales expert and just like last time, no pressure at all to buy a car. He provided me with all the knowledge I could wish for. I can definitely recommend him and the dealership as a whole. Thank YOU, Jonathan and team. January 2024: My husband and I wanted to thank the wonderful people at the dealership for the excellent service we received when we were there buying a Genesis G90 a week ago. It was definitely first class and we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Everyone was dedicated to us, friendly, courteous, extremely kind and focused on us. And a big thank you to Jonathan and Jarrod who showed us their white glove service first hand when they picked up our cars and brought the brand-new car to us. And it was even Jonathan’s birthday ????. Thank you also to the finance managers who were instrumental in our transaction. Most of all, a big thank you to the GM, who greeted us so wonderfully and provided us with the best service in addition to great advice about Genesis cars. My husband surely loves his new ride, and I will enjoy the GV80 in the near future. It was a pleasure all the way around!
