Despite it being in transit, she kept me informed about the delivery date, which changed a couple of times. When the car arrived, Kat reached out and we set a time to see the car. When we arrived, she greeted us and provided reserved VIP parking. Before the test drive, she gave us a comprehensive overview of the vehicle and its features. After bringing my car in for service, Liz had my car washed, carpets vacuumed, and had it delivered to me at work. She took payment over the phone(which was super convenient) and kept me updated throughout the process so I knew what was going on.
