My experience with Genesis exceeded my expectations! I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in an hour before the start of the sales day. I popped in the office and was told to come back, as no sales associate was available. As I was walking to my car, Dave ran out to greet me. Mentioning that he generally arrives early in the event of a customer needing help. He was also managing a new arrival of vehicles and graciously answered all my questions, even taking me to look and find vehicles parked in the back lot. I knew he had a few things on his plate but he never rushed me or made me feel unimportant. Over the course of the next day, we messaged back and forth several times. knowing of the opening of the new Genesis facility down the road, they had been quite busy preparing for the transition. So I appreciated his prompt responses. After deciding to move forward with our purchase, Dave made the process as seamless as possible. My husband is not the most patient of all people and Dave worked with him to accommodate our schedules and ensure that the vehicle was ready for pick up! He even put a red bow on the hood of the car as a surprise as we drove up to the lot! Quick and painless, which I cannot say for all of our previous car purchasing experiences! Genesis took care of us! Thank you! Also, we felt very confident leaving with the best pricing available. 10 stars
This was definitely the smoothest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Adil (sales) and Jordy (finance) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made sure I was comfortable with the terms the whole way; I had a question about the warranty and they were upfront and honest and went the extra mile to get me all of the info I need. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommend. And quick! I didn't have to sit in the dealership for hours, they got me what I needed and we got the deal done quickly. Thanks again!
Excellent treatment. Sales person Zach Villarreal was straightforward, courteous, and just overall excellent to deal with. At 51 years old I’ve purchased my fair share of cars. This experience was exceptional. Sales manager was absolutely transparent and gave us options that saved us money and time! Great overall. Highly recommend if in the market for a new genesis, or pre-owned.
