Owning my Genesis has changed my life for the better, I’ve never felt safer, my dog loves the car and has her own perfect safe space in the back. It’s the perfect car for my little family. So much thought and detail was put into the making of this car and I couldn’t be more grateful. The seats are so comfortable and are one of the only cars that I can be comfortable in with my lower back issues, the interior and exterior design is beautiful and truly, the thought that was put in to all of the little accommodations in this car is immaculate. I have loved cars my entire life I always thought I’d on a BMW M3 but instead I now own a genesis G 70 sport prestige and I’m so grateful and I absolutely love my car and it’s one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made, and I would never take it back. The staff here is incredible. Maria at the front desk in advantage Hyundai is so wonderful. The ladies in the service department. Catherine, and Beverly are one of a kind and always so respectful and kind and Michael Blass at Genesis is truly one of the best humans I have ever met. My people that I trust always go above and beyond to answer all of my questions. As well as keeping in touch to make sure that I am up-to-date with everything on my car. Came in looking for a certified pre-owned SUV. Catherine was so helpful in finding me the best vehicle. She was so friendly and her hospitality was amazing. She was even great with my baby and put cartoons on in her office for him to watch while waited for her financial dept to get everything together for me. Great place!!! Great atmosphere!!! Highly recommend going to Catherine!!
I went with one of my family members who wanted to get a car. We had a wonderful experience. From the moment we stepped in till the time we picked up the car, the entire experience was superb. Cesare was just exceptional in his customer service. He took care of everything and answered all of our questions. And Jon, the manager, was excellent too. Definitely a place which I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!
