This is a great dealership the transaction to buy a vehicle was really smooth the salesman Ernesto was very helpful and professional i personally would request him if you intend to go purchase a vehicle. after going to so many dealerships during the week and dealing with lies and hidden fees at other dealers this was a breath of fresh air i was assured the price and that there were no hidden fees.the financial manager jess was great and got me a good APR i would give them a 10 out of 10 if i could.the car was in great condition.
Our experience was stellar! Roberto was amazing! We walked in overwhelmed with the all options and he broke it down and we picked the best car for us. His customer service was next level all the way until the end! We left a luxury car dealer to come to Kia because we were tired of the rat race and frankly I miss none of the features of my old car and it’s better! It’s spacious and yet sporty and easy to drive and light on the road! For us, values was most important to us and Roberto and team showed us there are still good sales people who really care about the customer and not just getting a sale! In the coming years, we will more vehicles in our family and I will be back to Kia every time. You stole us from the luxury dealer, but really you are a luxury dealer too so I missed nothing!
