As I step into this dealership, I’m met by phenomenal salespeople Estela Bernales and Tom Lake. They both helped me buy my first Kia! Tom was very patient, respectful, and mindful as he took his time to discuss the options of buying a new car in the near future, as I wasn’t ready at the time. We did a test drive, and he gave us a tour of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and took part in assuring me that the Sportage was the best option! On another visit without an appointment and close to closing, Estela quickly took care of us as she saw me looking for, at the time, my future car. I was still car searching as I was trying to determine if the Hyundai or Kia was worth the price & features. However, Estela quickly helped me make the right decision. Not only did she have us a great deal that met my needs, but it was highly reassuring. She ensured things were done despite the obstacles we had encountered (a big thank you to the manager for letting the process happen despite closing). Estela also helped me learn more about my car’s features and helped me around the Kia app. I was a bit nervous about getting a new car for financial and personal reasons, but both Tom and Estela made that experience worth it. I am so happy with my beautiful Kia Sportage EX and will definitely recommend it to my friends, co-workers, and family.
