Rick made our car buying process enjoyable and easy. From the get, he felt honest and answered every question we had. The facility is wide open with all cars easily accessible to see. Test driving was easy as well. Even the paperwork was done effeciently in the back and that worker led us through everything openly as well. We never felt rushed or like we were lied to. Our Telluride is amazing and having all the bells and whistles is a dream come true. We're hoping the service center doesn't let us down as some reviews here say. We'll have to see, I suppose! We were promptly approached by Dominique when pulling in. Then Steve also took us to show around a few cars which they were both extremely helpful! We sealed the deal and got a great 2016 kia soul, even after the sale Steve was awesome to answer follow up questions.
