2026 Kia Niro Wind EV

I generally don't leave public reviews of any business but the sales experience at Community Kia was exceptional and every other car dealership should pay attention. I spent somewhere between thirty and forty-five minutes on the phone with them, the vast majority of which was information gathering, and the car was delivered to my house later that same day. No multi-hour haggling session; no egregious sales tactics; no fluctuation in numbers. I can't think of how they could easily improve the process and I'm pretty sure I could have made it even easier by sending them more information beforehand. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would absolutely consider using them again.

Best service I’ve gotten in a while. Upon calling, we were able to take our time and explain what was going on with the car and given options on the best steps forward. We were able to get in soon, but also schedule an appt later out for diagnostics. When bringing the car in, I got a call soon after explaining what they initially saw, and a great explanation of options I could choose. I wasn’t pressured into a particular service, but still comfortable with the services chosen to complete. All around great customer service here.

Best place to buy a car. Everyone here is informed well and answered all questions. They even brought up other details we didn’t think of. Darnell was helpful and kind. He treated us like friends instead of just another sale. We will definitely be buying from them again in the future ! Great work
