2026 Kia Niro EX HEV

Shout out to Drew and the service team!! I bought a 2023 Kia in Avon but I get my oil changes here in Greenwood. I have always had a good experience with the service department. I have worked with Drew on multiple occasions and he has always been super friendly and helpful. An oil change and inspection here have always taken less than an hour. I drive around 45min to get to this location. The experience is always worth the drive!!

FANTASTIC experience with their Service Department. Brought in my 2020 Kia Forte GT MT that had a clutch go out at low mileage unexpectedly, and they immediately started pursuing my warranty options and acted in my best interest over their own. They managed to get a limited warranty I had with a third-party to actually bite and cover $1K of their $2K quote so I was only out of pocket for $1,000. I had taken it to a different shop (Christian Brothers) right beforehand and got quoted $3K and no warranties valid. Cmon, a THOUSAND dollars less at the dealer, TWO THOUSAND after warranty? Yeah, I'll always get my repairs done here now. They know Kia's and they know what they doing here. They competitively want you to return and to always pick them, and that is respectable when it's done by providing great service. I'll be back!
