Initially, I did not have the best experience online, but Shayan and Russell came to the rescue, and I am leaving today with a 2023 Rio, super hard to come by, so very happy. They were very patient with me and informative and willing to negotiate to meet my budget. Would definitely come back to buy in the future but plan to stick with this CPO for a while.
