2027 Kia Seltos

This has to be the BEST Kia dealership in the entire area. I purchased my vehicle a few years ago from a different Kia dealership, and have been having a lot of trouble getting that dealership to repair an issue that was supposed to be covered under warranty. I found this Glen Burnie location, and long story short- they fixed the issue under warranty with NO problem!! Quick service, same day! I received EXCELLENT customer service from Jeremy O. from start to finish! The staff is very friendly and responsive. They even provide a free shuttle service for you to use while your vehicle is getting serviced! The lounge area is comfortable and clean while waiting, as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best purchase experience we have had at a dealership. We love cars and buy and sell a lot and this team was far and away the best we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough about how smooth the entire process was from start to finish even on an out of state deal. Mike and the team were professional, responsive, and on top of every detail. The car was exactly as represented, and was presented beautifully. JT was knowledgeable and personable and a joy to work with on the sales side and I would absolutely recommend him as a go to salesman. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great, professional, positive experience.

Went to the JBA Kia service center for the first time today. The service was the best I have had a dealership. The customer service was excellent, the cost was lower than I expected and the service was done very quickly.
