Great guy(Salesman Hector). There are not a lot of choices as I would have liked.

Taking your car to the shop to get it checked and maybe repaired is like going to the doctor, it's necessary but we still dread it. I won't lie, years ago if anyone had asked me I would've given them a one star review, but I've had to take my car twice in less than a year for different reasons and thanks to Rubén Carrión, in charge of assessment and service, the quality has improved from the past and it currently top notch. They don't just take your name, keys and leave you in the waiting room for hours, they keep you informed and updated, and if your car needs work done, they give you the choice of coming back the next day to keep you from waiting on the parts that aren't available and have to be sent from the warehouse. When you go back, the parts are there, they have your info and you just wait for the work. Very professional and actually speedy. Congratulations on improving the quality of customer service and work.
