My son and I went to buy a used car from Chuck Nash Cheverolet. We set up an appointment with Jay Singleton to see the car with just one hour notice as we thought we were going to buy a car in South Austin. The difference between the two dealerships was huge. Jay greeted us with the car cleaned and prepped and pulled up into a spot up front. He was very knowledgeable about the used car, a Chevy, and walked us through the car and features. The test drive went well and final negotiations went smoothly (for a car dealership?). Jay prepped all of our paperwork and set us up with On-Star before we left. Just a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend Chuck Nash and Jay if you are looking for a vehicle.

On 09/13/2025 my Mom and I went to Chuck Nash just to look at vehicles. After having an awful experience at another dealership I wasn't ready to purchase anything yet. We were met by the bubbly, outgoing and very knowledgeable Mayra, who was beyond amazing! She went and got keys for multiple vehicles I wanted to look at, all the while wearing heels and never complained. We went inside to look at numbers, at this point I tell her about the awful experience at the other dealership she assures me that they are not like that and that this experience would be completely different and it was. Not only did I leave there with a vehicle that I loved so did my Mom who wasn't even looking, that's how good Mayra is. She listened to all of our wants and needs and made it happen. I truly appreciate her taking her time with us and being willing to make this buying experience awesome. She is the absolute best at what she does, I highly recommend if you're are in need of a new vehicle go to Chuck Nash and ask for Mayra, I guarantee you will leave satisfied! Oscar in finance was amazing as well. Thank you ?

I just bought a 2024 Chevrolet 2500hd from Megan Moore and at first it was a little rocky but she pretty much went the extra mile to make sure all the issues was tended to and then checked, double checked and triple checked to make sure it was all good before she delivered it. I'm working 5 hours away from the dealership and just had a bad wreck where my own vehicle was totaled. Chuck Nash had the best deal that I saw and they were more than happy to help me out. I never got the opportunity to take a picture with her so I made one because not only is she the first woman salesperson I bought a vehicle from, she is the only one I haven't had a picture with. Thank you Megan for all of your help and also helping me leave this review since apparently I didn't hit submit the first time I left it.?
