I had an excellent experience with the service department at Auffenberg Chevy Farmington MO. From check?in to pickup, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and respectful of my time. The service team was phenomenal when dealing with the issues with my vehicle. Also i want to extend a giant thank you to Mikey Bryant for his professionalism in the sales department. A true down-to-earth human being who actually understands your needs when it comes to a vehicle and helping you get what's right for your family, instead of looking at us like a paycheck, he treated us like family. That man is the perfect fit to represent General Motors in a much bigger manner. We believe he needs to be a teacher and a guide for all salesmen in the business. We sincerely hope GM recognizes this and takes care of him in some way.

Colten, the salesman, made it a very easy purchase. I was given 2,000 more for my trade in than a local competitor offered. The gentleman in the business office explained my options well which made the whole experience easy. No pressure whatsoever. Highly recommend this dealership.
