2026 Buick Envision Preferred AWD

On Saturday, April 6, 2024, my wife and I stopped in to Napleton GM C in Schaumburg to look at a Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. We were promptly greeted by Steve, a salesman at the dealership. The reason for leaving this review, is I want to share our experience so others can ask for Steve and have the good service we had. I am one that is not a fan of working with salesmen at dealerships. The high pressure and questionable tactics of some are enough to turn me away. Steve was different. Very laid-back and respectful. He was listening to our questions and being responsive. He was not giving us the hard sell. We appreciated this type of interaction. We were able to test drive a few vehicles and are working to narrow our choices. Steve has respected our request to communicate by text and has not been a bother. He introduced us to the sales manager Edgar, and he was also very easy to work with. I would strongly recommend you ask for Steve and I hope you have a great experience at this dealership.

Yiannis went above and beyond to ensure that my husband & I were satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. Not to mention that we were in & out (with the truck we wanted, at the price + add-ons we wanted) in just under 4 hours! Other staff members were more than happy to answer any questions we had because we are new to diesel trucks. If you are hesitant about switching to diesel, I highly recommend starting at this dealer. They are incredibly knowledgable and will not let you leave until you know the essentials. Yiannis even noted an aftermarket rock chip guard we hadn't noticed. Special shoutout to Manny who is the most efficient finance manager I've ever come across. Great service, great people - we will be back! Thanks guys!
