Amazing service from start to finish. Easy drive-up, drop-off, and pickup for service with a five-star hotel feel. Super friendly staff and a top-notch lounge area, along with refreshments and snacks. The staff kept me informed via phone and text about service progress and any service needed. Jaguar Glen Cove even went further by providing Uber rides for my wife and me to a restaurant and back home, plus getting us back a few days later for pickup. I wish every car dealership treated their customers this well. This is now my favorite Jaguar dealer.
