I have to give a shout out to everyone at this dealership that understands the importance of working with a customer. My husband and I have gone to several dealerships trying to find a Mustang 5.0. We have done several test drives but the other dealerships were not willing to budge on price to help us stay within budget. My husband sent an inquiry to JLR of Lakeland on Thursday. Caleb Peters sent him a message to tell us to come in and test drive it. We came in on Friday to test drive. Caleb, manager and finance personnel did what needed to be done so we could drive off with our Mustang. We are so happy and recommend everyone to shop with JLR of Lakeland! When we met Kate took notes and understood what I was looking for. I ordered a 2024 E Pace and ended up purchasing a 2024 F Pace. I had a great experience with this dealership. Everything was done over the phone and email which is frightening initially but beginning with Kunal he was kind upfront and accommodating. I was supposed to drive to Lakeland to view and test drive the vehicle but due to the misplacement of the keys I was unable to go test drive the car. The team immediately ordered keys and even got me a spare. Initially I was quoted $500 for vehicle delivery but the team at Jaguar Land Rover Lakeland were accommodating and had it brought to me free of charge. We exchanged photos of my trade in and I received top dollar for it. The paper work was seamless with Chance and delivery was smooth. The car is beautiful and drives amazing! Small paint chips but it wouldn’t have steered me away from the purchase had I seen it in person. I’m very thankful for Kunals knowledge as he informed me I could cancel my extended warranty on my trade in and receive money back this was amazing to learn! I would highly recommend this team they’re trustworthy and seem to do what’s best for their clients. Thank you!
