He helped us coordinate receiving the vehicle from the Tom Wood body shop around the corner just in time for our scheduled service, and communicated clearly in advance about the services to be provided as well as had the car ready to go for us when it was time to pick it up.

Always get great service at Tom Wood, Tammy was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with getting my S60 in top shape. The loaner car was amazing, got me thinking about an upgrade.
