I've owned my Jaguar for a little over a year now and have come in a few times for regular maintenance. The team members are quick to help us and SO friendly. In particular, Mike and Errol from the service department, are so kind and patient with me and all the questions I have. They do a great job explaining what is going on with my car. They take time to remember who we are, and even remember that time we came in with our 2 dogs ???????????? Their thoughtfulness goes a long way!! I can't say enough how happy we are with their customer service!
