Is it possible to LOOK FORWARD to an auto service appointment? Yes, at Galpin Jaguar. The building interior is lovely and the Starbucks is gorgeous and relaxing. But more important- the personal service received from my Service Advisor, Robert. Nothing is ever my problem. Things get handled. That's a statement about the entire organization because it means the staff is empowered to make customers happy. Want another strange statement about a car dealer? I have a great relationship with my salesperson. Justin is one of the best human beings you'll ever meet.
Purchasing the car took a total of 4 hours. Kevin was helpful and courteous. We were not pressured at all during the buying experience. Overall we are happy with our purchase.
