Came in to get brakes changed and an oil change. I was in the middle of finals for law school and they hurried to get me an appointment and to make my appointment efficient. Everyone was very friendly and they set me up with an office so I can study. They explained pricing thoroughly and were extremely helpful throughout my appointment.
The trade-in of my previous car was not without challenges. However, Mark and Matt were helpful and accommodating. In the end, I eventually drove home in my new Jag and I couldn't be more pleased!
