Allan is the man to see. We ordered a defender but I personally didn’t want that. So we canceled but we loved working with him so much we wanted to support him because he was so nice. So as we bought the Range Rover we also bought the Jaguar F-Type !!! Kindness goes along way!

Great experience all around. I purchased the car from out of state. I relied heavily upon my sales associate Josh Bott. He was very honest about some issues the car had. He was able to resolve all the issues and made all the shipping arrangements. No pressure…

Jaguar has always been my dream car. When I bought my first. many years ago, I took it in for its first servicing and decided then and there, that was the brand for me. First in Seattle and now in Palm Springs, the service departments at each dealership are top notch. Recently, my power tailgate wouldn't operate, so I called my advisor Sam to schedule the appointment. As I needed a courtesy car, it was a couple of day wait until one was available. That was perfectly OK, as my car was obviously drivable and so I could wait. The courtesy vehicle was a new version of my 2020 model, so the transition from one car to the other was seamless. Sam called mid-day to let me know my car was finished and a short time later, I simply drove in, chatted with Sam, then was on my way. So many times, I hear folks speak about how they get knots in their stomachs the minute they enter a dealership. That hasn't been my experience with Rancho Mirage at all. No pressure sales (what a concept!) and impeccable service with a smile. What's not to like?
