The best JLR dealership to purchase or lease a vehicle. The sales staff makes it stress free and very family oriented and they will really take care of you. Special thanks goes to the sales team that put the deal together and to Mark L.for the follow ups and stress free treatment and waiting for us to decide patiently after weeks / months. Our family stayed loyal to both brands for so many years and this is because of sales staffs expert knowledge and personal care to make sure we meet the exact numbers and make it happen year after year. What is Better Tuned Than a Fine Swiss Watch? The General Manager Joey Goulart's Jaguar Land Rover San Jose! Had reached out to a few Dealerships but found the Sales Staff to be more focused on profit/commission or did not even receive a response until days after I completed the deal with JLRSJ! Having bought/leased numerous vehicles over the decades, never have experienced such an efficient, smooth, competitive, knowledgeable and enjoyable, yes you heard that right enjoyable, customer focused sales experience " right out of the gate", "crossing the finish line" and then some. Let me explain and I hope you take the time to read.... Despite begin out of town on Company Business, minutes after he received my message I was interested in a new vehicle, Joey had his Sales Manager, Titus, contact me. Joey made me feel special. Titus listened, yes really listened, to what I wanted and my objectives. Even though at first I didn't see the SUV I wanted in SJ's inventory, Titus remained dedicated to help me find what I wanted. It was surprising other Dealerships weren't that much more cooperative with their inventory for Titus then they were towards me. So based on his efforts, I re-evaluated SJ's inventory and decided on a vehicle they had in stock. Titus had one of his salespeople record a special video, not the typical online mktg type. Wow, within only a few hours, I had a remote private tour of the vehicle and drafts of the contract and financing figures prior to stepping foot in the Dealership. Titus was unbelievably responsive, efficient and personable. Titus made me feel special. The next morning I came in for signing and was greeting by both Titus, the Sale Manager and Reza, the Finance Manager. After a very gracious welcome and offers of refreshments, Reza took me to his office where he had everything prepared. He too listened and answered my questions. I even learned an aspect of financing thanks to his patient clarifications of the various figures. As it should be, Reza's work was methodical and precise, but he was also so personable and thoughtful, the latter so uncommon during finance document signings with the typical Finance Dept. number crunching "robot". Reza made me feel special. The "icing on the cake" occurred as I was wrapping up the paperwork signing with Reza when JLRSJ General Manager, Joey Goulart, came into the office. His professionalism was perfectly aligned with a gracious demeanor that alluded warmth. This was a first: never heard of a Dealership's General Manager personally thank a Customer for their business and extend the offer to contact them should they need anything - that was their Sales Staff job. Joey made me felt special again. While sitting in the Customer lounge, I couldn't help but observe how professional, respectful, personable and customer focused the JLRSJ Staff's interactions with their Customers were. From Sales, Parts, Service or Financing, interactions were genuine and positive. People were happy and it was obvious JLRSJ's Customers felt special, just as I did. The above is no exaggeration. It was the real deal with real people. Hands down, bar none, this was the most enjoyable and rewarding vehicle sale transaction ever experienced and was a win-win for all those involved. I believe the fine tuned swiss watch operations at JLRSJ is the result of something so simple and basic and yet so difficult to find these days: exceptional Management Leadership, who lead by example, obviously attract and retain exceptional staff.

Jaguar Land Rover has always been very courteous and conscientious of getting my vehicle repaired. I especially would like to give note worthy to my service advisor Adrian who is very attentive and always gets the job done in a timely manner.
