Recently took my LR4 for a system fault light & I worked with Matt Van Ness. He is always great to work with! He provides information in great detail, personable, & provides recommendations that apply to your specific needs and transparent on costs. Although I only bring my LR4 here only for major issues... I know we will be taken care of.

I had a good experience this time. I dropped my car off to be checked out since a light had come on. My service advisor Eric was great! He kept me informed the whole time my care was there and was so nice. I will be requesting him again when I go back. I did not have a good experience the prior time I was there with a different vehicle, so I was very pleased with everything this time. I would recommend this facility.
