Hazel and the sales manager Mike were phenomenal. Yes, that good. I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a car dealership but these guys really impressed. I had been shopping the defender for a bit with little success and a lot of annoyance. I walked into Cerritos, met Hazel and found the perfect one. I was very upfront about where I needed to be on it and they didn’t mess around. Easy, professional and respectful. I honestly wouldn’t bother trying anywhere else again for my next vehicle. Oh and they had the absolute best selection of Defenders too if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great service! Cerritos Jaguar takes care of all your needs and works with you. They text videos of the tech explaining whatever your car needs or the issue is. They provide you with the option to move forward. Steve Lambert always makes the visit a lot less cumbersome by bringing a little laughter to the customers. I’m happy with my service here.
