Nancy and Greg were phenomenal! My husband surprised me with an early birthday gift. These two were on a Secret mission with my husband to hide this from me. I went to look at the vehicle, thinking that I was going to buy it myself. They looked at me with the most honest eyes apologizing that it was sold, and they were going to find me the vehicle of my dreams. Lo and behold, I arrived home that evening. Greg showed up minutes after hustled to throw the bow on and hide. That moment was priceless. Thank you to these two who made this happen so quickly. It was probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

We just bought our 2nd Defender from here and our salesman, Pedro was outstanding! He went above and beyond to get our deal done and even bought the paperwork to our house to finalize. In an environment where so many dealerships seem to have forgotten about the “customer” we’re grateful to get to work with one that still believes in good old fashioned customer service and didn’t play games with us at all.
