Dustin Taylor and Eliser were awesome ! Their customer service and patience are amazingly wonderful. ???????? I brought my Defender 110 in to get some Parts installed, great service all around. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Customer service is hard to come by , this dealership is A1 Top Deal!!!! ???? As a matter of fact, everyone there is super friendly and polite never too busy to ask if you need anything, whether it’s how to use the fancy espresso machine, a spare office to work in or to use a pen or pencil to write with when you’ve forgotten yours. Customer service is all about communication, communication, communication! Keep up the great work!!!! ????

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Bill went out of his way to find me the car I wanted (after doing extensive research and outreach) and got it to me in a quick timeframe. Tony was exceptional to work with, quickly responding to all my questions before, during, and after purchase. Cannot say enough good things about my interactions with this dealership! Highly recommend!

Jason Ramey was ready and prepared for my appointment. He had the Land Rover i was interested in cleaned and ready for my test drive. His knowledge of the car was greatly appreciated. All questions were answered. My wife and I were made comfortable and welcome. After deciding to purchase the car, Jason introduced us to the dealership’s finance manager, Josh Claypool. Jason had given the heads up to Josh so that he would be ready for us. Josh continued the courteous, prepared and informed behavior which Jason Ramey had caused me to expect. All financing questions were answered and agreed upon. We picked up the car the next day. Everything was as it was promised. Jason touched base with us that evening to see if I had any questions and to thank us for the sale. He assured me he was always available to answer any questions I may have in the future. Our experience was as enjoyable and well done as all auto buying situations should be, but often aren’t. I would highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Harrisburg to all my friends. And I will guide them to use Mr. Ramey when they do. He was great.
