When I walked into the dealership I was in awe of how beautiful it looked. I was greeted by a gentleman sitting at the front desk. He was very polite. My sales representative, Emilia greeted me with a huge smile and tended to me with such courtesy. She was informative about the vehicle that I was interested in and went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure purchasing my new car from them. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go to the dealership and ask for Hector. My lease was up on my Evoque and I did not plan to continue to do business with Land Rover because of the New Rochelle dealership and their terrible customer service. However, Hector’s professionalism and quality customer service made me give Land Rover a second chance.
