Kansas City Land Rover and specifically Joshua in the service area are second to none. When my wife’s new Land Rover Defender had an issue with the alternator, Josh fit my wife’s vehicle into a very tight weekend schedule and got my family and the Defender back on the road in no time at all. I would highly recommend Kansas City Land Rover and Joshua for excellent customer care and knowledge of their craft!

This was my first time getting my Range Rover serviced at this dealership. The service advisor made me feel like a valued customer and exhibited great customer service and communication. Took a little too long to get in for an appt on a Saturday but I was offered a loaner vehicle. I called ahead to get service costs and the final bill was spot on. Truck runs great so far. I recommend this service department.

I took my Range Rover here for a 2nd opinion after another shop quoted me over $10k for repairs needed. Parker was super helpful and quick to get it looked at and recommendations for repairs sent over. Their price was HALF of what the other shop wanted for the same repairs. Parker was understanding when I decided to hold off on one of the repairs that wasn’t super high priority and wasn’t pushy about getting me to do all of it. The repairs got done quickly and I haven’t had any other issues (like I did with the last shop I took it to). I will definitely go straight to the dealership now with any necessary repairs and maintenance!
