2026 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque S

Had the best service a dealership could give!! Had some troubles with a Jaguar I purchased from a local dealership, the local couldn't fix it or figure out even how to. Called Land Rover and they had us in and out within the week, right before we were to leave to go on vacation in Florida. Kelly was who oversaw our case and was fantastic, very professional, very courteous, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They even gave me a complimentary carwash and vacuum!

Just had service and and didn't have the best experience this time. several things, but don't want to get anyone fired.....I will say, they delayed the pickup as they said they were "detailing" the vehicle.....When I picked it up, I couldn't tell they "detailed" anything. There were still bugs on the windshield and all the glass was dirty. I get a better cleaning when I go through a cheap car wash. The repairs made are questionable as the same repairs were made 7 months ago (said they repaired the same parts).

Kelly is always available. She is kind and courteous. Her product knowledge is 100 percent proficient. She has assisted me with both of my vehicles for 4-6 years and she has been there for me every step of the way. I can’t say enough about her other than the fact that she gives excellent customer service and she makes the service department great.
