This was my first time at this location. It was a very pleasant experience. Easy to schedule online. Offered transportation. Looked up history and made appropriate repairs. Performed a recall. Offered proactive video on status of the car and future things to look for. Overall my service advisor, HEATHER AGCAOILI, was professional and effective in helping me through all aspects. CB the service manager was also welcoming and friendly. Service was performed on time on estimate. Would definitely recommend Jaguar & Land Rover North Atlanta.

I have been a part of the Land Rover experience for many years - serviced two Jaguar and two Range Rover with Land Rover over the years. I have always had an AMAZING experience from Sales (Roger H.) to Service (Jermaine D.). The process from booking my appointment, checking in, to exiting the dealership is always seamless. They get the job done correct the first time; as I've never had to return for a second service follow up. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, consistently exhibits professionalism and the environment is immaculate. My wait time (if and when I choose to wait) was always pleasant and my vehicle was returned to me on time, as promised. I would like to share my experience with Land Rover North Atlanta and our Amazing Service Adviser Kelsey. From my initial entrance to the facility, I was greeted and guided clearly in the correct servicing Bay. At that time, I was eagerly assisted by the service adviser Kelsey. I must say, she was more than outstanding...I have had the opportunity to deal with Audi, Mercedes and Lexus service center advisers and Kelsey sets a new standard of excellence vs the rest...Everything from the initial meet and greet, building rapport and trust, I knew she has us covered for any and all of our Land Rover needs. She is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Kelsey is a true student and adviser in the business. She is our go to and is an excellent representation of the brand and the dealership she represents. My wife was so impressed, we are now exploring ways to get her a new Range Rover L Autobiography in the near future.
