Always willing to work with my schedule when I need a loaner. I had an issue with a loaner I had while they worked on my Range Rover and they came out to me and immediately swapped me into a new one with no questions asked. Will forever recommend them. I am about 5 minutes from Land Rover Hartford and continuosly do service with North Haven because of the way I am treated here. Great customer service.
