Drew was my contact person. He was not good with communication. Once he took my car in, it was there for five days with no communication. I called him to find out what was going on, but he didn’t answer or return my calls. I ended up having to call the service Supervisor. However, Drew was the one who returned my call. He had somewhat of an attitude when he called me back. Now that I have my car back, I still have the same problem. I have called and left messages and no one will return my calls! I felt like there was no sense of urgency or genuine concern for the customer. Did I mention the problem still exists? ***I have edited my review to reflect a five star rating because after making my initial review, I reached out to LAWRENCE PORTER Informing him that I was very frustrated. Lawrence contacted me on a SUNDAY morning and provided impeccable assistance. He was very patient and helped me resolve my issue. Although Lawrence works in sales not service, it was an above and beyond the call of duty gesture. I truly appreciate him taking the time to resolve my concerns.
