My appointment was scheduled within 48 hours of my initial call and started on time. The intake was easy and the mechanic came out to explain the process in detail- very thorough and patient. The waiting room was well equipped with hot and cold beverages and great snacks. As a bonus, they detailed my car so it looked newer than when it was in the showroom. 10/10 experience at the dealer, which is a very new thing for me ;)

Brought my Defender into Land Rover Hunt Valley to have side steps installed, by appointment. I was greeted promptly by the Service Management Team when I arrived. They were polite and professional, and kept me informed concerning the process. My vehicle was done quicker than the quoted timeframe, which was a pleasant surprise! My vehicle was washed and ready for me to be on my way. Fantastic service!
