I always take my 2008 Prius to Toyota of Poway for service. I always ask for Mike Lewis—a great Service Advisor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, fair, and always does outstanding work. He points out dealer recommended services and is always gracious even if I decline. He always checks for any recalls and makes sure that safety checks are performed.
I enjoy the service provided by Toyota of Poway every time I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced. The staff have always been welcoming and have taken care of me and my vehicle in a timely manner. Since moving back to San Diego, this has been my "go to" dealership over other Toyota dealerships.
Excellent customer service and great workmanship. My service rep Jessica, was happy to explain my service tasks and was accessible via text during the work. I had a last minute booking but it was no problem, thanks!
