I had an excellent experience at Autoland Toyota! I had hoped to test drive a Camry but they sold the last available new one just before I arrived. The staff promised to make me a good deal if I would consider other options. I then test drove a 2024 Prius which turned out to be a better choice for me as it is a bit smaller than the Camry. Autoland Toyota sold me the car for a very good price and we got through all of the purchasing steps within a few hours--lightning speed for buying a car. The team was easy to deal with and I enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend Autoland Toyota on route 22 in Springfield if you are in the market for a car!

Today, I had to return my car back for service after taking it on Saturday because the hood would not close completely. However, David was empathetic about how I was feeling and he showed that he cared. David is the reason I continue returning to Autoland in Springfield, NJ. to get my car serviced. In my opinion, excellent customer service means a lot to me.
