Salesman Jo set my appointment up for my test drive and salesman Jason took care of me, answering all my questions and concerns. He wasn’t pushy and let me have my time to make decisions. I definitely recommend them for your next car purchase. I’ve already recommended them to my parents and friends. Tyler in finance got me a great APR and monthly payment. I literally came in for my appointment at 10 AM and by 12 PM, I had test drove, financed, and signed my paperwork. It was so-stress free that I couldn’t believe it. I’m still shocked how easy and effortless everything went. While I was waiting I asked two different people if they’ve ever shopped at Family Toyota of Burleson and one was on his fourth car with them and the other was on her second with them. Now I know why they buy their cars at Family Toyota of Burleson and why they have such a good reputation. I definitely will be a future repeat customer.

Jairus helped me find a car. He asked me my likes, dislikes, what I wanted my payment to be and within an hour I was in finance doing my first ever lease because the guy that was doing my finance did such a great job explaining the process to me.
