Carlos was awesome!! Super upbeat attitude and determined to find the perfect car for me! I was a little hesitant about making the trip to Stockton to look for a car. I didn’t want to waste my time. My husband booked the appointment because they had more inventory then our hometown Modesto. The weekend prior we had look at Toyota Modesto with limited inventory, and word of more cars coming in next month. I was on a time crunch of finding a new car after a total loss. It just seemed like Modesto Toyota wasn’t pursuing to get me a car. Now having an amazing experience at Stockton I realized how subpar it was in Modesto. Carlos was welcoming and positive to find me a car that day without being pushy. He made mountains move!! It really seems like he listened to all my concerns and my preferences in cars and models.
