INEOS Grenadier OC has an entirely new team & owner. I’ve been driving my Grenadier since March 2025, and I absolutely love it—though, as with any newly released vehicle, there are inevitably a few kinks to work through. That’s to be expected. What really matters is how those issues are handled. The new GM, Jon Cullum, is exceptional. Since I was coming in from Los Angeles, Jon went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was addressed efficiently and within a tight timeframe. He was proactive, communicative, and made it clear that if repairs couldn’t be completed the same day, he would personally make sure I was placed in a loaner. Jon took the time to sit down with me, listen thoughtfully to my feedback about the vehicle, and provide clear, honest answers to questions I’d been searching for. That level of attention and transparency is rare. As an extra touch, he even had my car detailed before I picked it up. Working with Jon and experiencing this level of customer service would absolutely make me purchase this vehicle again. Outstanding leadership and care make all the difference—and Jon truly delivers.
