The man is a Encyclopedia of any information you might want and is more than happy to tell you all about the biggest parts like the engine that goes into the best or even the smallest details like what material was used to stitch the umbrellas together that go into the door-well.(yes, a Rolls Royce comes with a umbrella!) over all an amazing experience every time I come in to say hello to the amazing people down at the dealership.
