    I purchased a 2024 BMW Z4 from Santa Barbara Auto Group early June 2024. Jim Trieste was my sales representative. Purchasing a vehicle out of state, sight unseen is not easy, but Jim was super helpful answering all my questions, concerns, and very responsive including Tittle transfer and vehicle transportation. He follows through every steps which makes me feel trusted and comfortable. Shannon Peru was also very helpful & prompt with all the documentations delivery & signing process. We texted, talk, and closed the deal within 30 minutes. Received the Z4 and she looks fabulous. This was the best car buying experienced.

    Just bought my Acura RDX from Mark Bourdo this past weekend and had a great experience! I was getting tired from calling different dealerships and getting the run around from Acura dealerships stretching from the Inland Empire to the San Fernando Valley. Thats when I landed on Acura of SB. The dealership seems to have a great leadership structure as I got to speak to the General Sales Manager Sam first and he was very straightforward and easy to work with. Gave me a good deal and set me up with Mark who finalized the deal. Also, there are many times where the Financing Dept corners you into unnecessary and unwanted extras, but Summer was not pushy and got us in and out quickly. Overall, highly recommend purchasing from this dealership!

    Never was an adage , "You get what you pay for," is more true when describing Santa Barbara Auto Group. My wife and I went hunting for a car to replace my rapidly depreciating Ford. And like other average citizens in Santa Barbara, the Santa Barbara Auto Group dealership, was a hallowed ground that you merely drove past, but never dared visit. Boy, were we WRONG about that. When we first stepped on the lot, Jeff from sales approached us with a smile, and we were prepared for the usual "car salesman" approach, but this was far from what we experienced. Jeff listened to our needs, took the time to review each vehicle we wanted to look at, and as we reviewed each vehicle, he expertly explained each difference. We were treated like we'd been customers for years, and Jeff explained: "Here, we don't look to make one sale; we want to gain customers for life!" Wow, I had never heard that before, as it was obvious that Jeff was both sincere and honest. We found my dream car(used but in amazing condition with low miles), and the staff went above and beyond with every step of the purchase process. However, it didn't end when we drove off the lot. Jeff, not only tracked down some peripheral parts that I wanted, he also made sure that they were installed in an expedient and skilled fashion, which led me to the finest automobile service department I've ever experienced. And I can honestly say this as a local life-long resident and car owner. Even when Jeff was off for the day, he made sure his partner knew of us, who then treated us with professional and dedicated service. So, as I look to the future and drive my amazing X4, both my wife and I readily agree that Santa Barbara Auto Group is the ONLY place to buy a car. Yes, you might initially pay more for a vehicle, but buying multiple cars just to find the one you love, will cost you a lot more money and headaches. And isn't it better and less expensive doing it right the first time? Thank you Jeff in sales, everyone in service, Summer in finance, and anyone else who contributed to this process. We are customers for life, we will never drive past Santa Barbara Auto Group with anything but fond and grateful thoughts. Finally, we will never buy a car anywhere else! Bernie D.
