I came in to check out the new Emira, and Curtis was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, had everything ready, and put together a great test drive route. When I inquired about a deposit, I was made aware of an Emira already in inventory and decided to purchase it. Overall, the process was very efficient, and having Curtis as a single point of contact was great. The transaction was super simple, and Curtis was very responsive and patient with my questions and requests. Milad helped to finalize the sale, and he was great to work with as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Lotus Denver, and would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a Lotus! Edit: I ran into a minor issue with the car after bringing it home, and Andy in the service department has been incredible to work with! He was able to get parts on order the same day that I reported the issue, and has provided daily updates on the status of the parts and repair scheduling. Overall, the communication and responsiveness on the service side has exceeded all expectations!
I picked up my new Emira last week and the process from beginning to end was perfect. I was treated with respect and Curtis (who was really great) answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him or wasting his time. Their pricing was very fair as well. After a long wait, I finally took delivery of my Emira from Lotus Denver. Curtis has been a champion through the three different ownership changes and all of the delays from Lotus Cars. He took my constant badgering and kept me informed with the build, transport, and eventual delivery of my vehicle. This car is worth the wait! I can't stop smiling. Since the Elway organization took over the franchise I feel like we Lotus enthusiasts have a real home. Everyone I talked with was passionate about the brand.
